Löyly & Jää
Löyly is a Finnish word meaning steam or spirit of the sauna. Jää is the Finnish word for “ice”. It’s all about finding balance - contrasting the heat of the sauna with the crispness of cold water or air.

Why Sauna?
Zoe’s love for sauna therapy mixed with cold water isn’t a fad. It’s been part of her life since 2014, when she truly experienced the magic in Finland.
In Finland, sauna isn’t just about heat. It’s a ritual, a way of life. It’s social, restorative, and deeply connected to nature. Step into the sauna. Let the heat seep into your muscles. Then, take that exhilarating plunge into icy water.
It’s contrast therapy at its finest - boosting circulation, reducing stress, and bringing clarity like nothing else.
That’s why we’re bringing this experience to more people! With Löyly & Jää, our mission is to make sauna and cold water therapy accessible, whether you’re a seasoned pro or trying it for the first time.
