I aim to pack and post your swimsuit as quickly as possible—usually within 2–3 working days. As a one-woman business, I carefully wrap and send each order myself, so during busy periods or around wild swimming events, it may take a little longer.

To keep your wild swimming costume looking and feeling its best, rinse it thoroughly in cold, fresh water after each dip—especially after sea swims. Hand wash with a mild detergent when needed and avoid harsh chemicals, fabric softeners, or bleach. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Instead, lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight to protect the fabric and preserve the vibrant designs.

I hope you love your swimsuit, but if you need to return it, I’m happy to help. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the swimsuit is unworn, in its original condition, and has the protective hygiene label fully intact. For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns where the protective label has been removed or if the original swimwear packaging is damaged.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. I recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives safely. Once I receive the returned item and it meets the return criteria, I’ll process your refund.
